Do I need to create an account to shop?
No, but creating an account helps you track orders, save addresses, earn loyalty points and enjoy a faster checkout experience.

How do I place an order?
Browse through our collections, select the item you want, choose your size, and click 'Add to Cart.' Proceed to checkout to place your order.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can only be canceled or modified before they are shipped. Once dispatched, we are unable to make changes.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also track it from the 'Track Order' section on our website.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders. COD (Cash on Delivery) has a nominal handling charge.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually delivered within 2-5 working days, depending on your location.
Metros: 2–3 days | Rest of India: 3–5 days.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Single and combo products are not eligible for return unless there’s a defect or damage.
Can I exchange a product if the size doesn't fit?
Unfortunately, items can be exchanged for size issues but the buyer has to bear shipping charges, difference amount and packaging charges. Please refer to our size guide before placing your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and COD (Cash on Delivery).
What is the Madmee Wallet?
It’s a digital credit system for refunds. 1 Credit = ₹1. Credits are redeemable site-wide and valid for 12 months.
Customization
Do you offer customized clothing?
Yes! You can personalize t-shirts. Note: customized products are non-returnable unless defective.
Will the color of the customized product match exactly with what I see online?
There may be slight variations due to screen resolution and lighting, but we strive to match your selected design as closely as possible.
