All measurements are approximate (+/- 0.5 Inch)
Customized items (e.g., printed t-shirts ) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
Please refer to size guides carefully before purchasing.

7. Pricing & Transactions

All prices listed are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.
In case of pricing errors, affected users will be notified and orders may be canceled or refunded.
Orders are fulfilled only after successful payment authorization.

8. Wallet Terms

Wallet credit equals INR 1 per 1 credit.
Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Credits cannot be used with COD orders.
We reserve the right to void credits in case of misuse or fraud.

9. Delivery & Logistics

Delivery timeframes vary by location and will be displayed during checkout.
In rare cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen issues. Madmee is not liable for mental or financial inconvenience due to delays.

10. Return & Refunds

Products sold as single units or in combos are not eligible for return unless defective.
Customized items are not eligible for exchange due to size concerns.

11. Intellectual Property

All content including images, logos, designs, and trademarks on the Website are the exclusive property of Rohil Enterprises. Unauthorized usage or reproduction is prohibited.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Indian laws. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kalyan, Maharashtra.

Items purchased during sale campaigns are final and non-returnable, except for damaged items.
Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Madmee reserves the right to modify sale terms or cancel orders in cases of suspected misuse.
